After a warm and productive video call with one of our Lioness agents, a lovely family from Europe made the exciting decision to purchase one of our signature projects: Villa Samantha.
Through a virtual tour, we presented the available lots, and they were thrilled to select one with a partial sea view and breathtaking sunsets — the perfect setting for their future dream home.
Once the contract was signed and the deposit received, our team arranged the notarial deed, officially making them the proud owners of their lot. Our architect then finalized the custom design and submitted the plans to R.O.P. for the building permit.
The family secured financing for the construction and completed the final paperwork at the notary on Friday, February 14th. The first phase payment was received in our Lioness bank account on February 17th, and construction began the very next day, on February 18th.
