After a good online video call conversation with one of our Lioness agent, the family decided to purchase one of our projects, Villa Samantha.
The Family lives in Europe and we virtually show them the available lots. They were very happy to choose a lot with partially sea view and a fabulous sunset.
After signing the contract and paying the deposit, we first arrange the notarial deed for the family to become owners of the lot. Our architect finished the drawings and send it to R.O.P for the building permit. The family arrange the finance for the project and sign the last papers at the notary on Friday the 14th.
The payment of the first phase was on the Lioness bank account on the 17th of February and we start the construction at the 18th.
